<Box walk/ Line ups/ Comparisons>

The expeditor will guide you to the center box on the stage , there you will perform your routine/ display main posing from your division, once finished, you will be directed to the side of the stage . Once all athletes in that division are finished you will be called out in the head judges order for comparisons.
** Reminder, judges WILL have you switch places, hold poses ,and switch competitors in and out if there are 2 or more line ups.

**Each pose will show your physique in a different way however they should all demonstrate your V taper (wide, well developed shoulders that come down to a lean and muscular waist with shapely and toned legs). Your posing should also complement your strengths while down playing your weaknesses

Wellness
This category looks for an imbalance in symmetry between the upper and lower body. Wellness competitors are required to showcase more muscularity in the lower half of the body in their hips, glutes, hamstrings & quads. Upper body should be slightly smaller but more developed than bikini

​A foundation of muscle which gives shape to the
female body

Full round glutes with a slight separation between the hamstring and glute area
Small amount of roundness in the delts
Conditioned Core, not as hard as figure or women's body building.
